It all starts with a 30 minute discovery call. This is where we get to know each other, and find the right website design option for you. We'll discuss priorities, budget, and timeline.

After we chat, I'll send over your design proposal and deposit request. Once accepted and paid, we can book your project.

You'll have homework due before your start date, but don't worry, I'll send you a detailed outline of everything you need to have.

Website Template Customization
What's included
Before I begin your template customization, we'll discuss your color pallet, typography preferences, and review your brand questionnaire to develop a visual direction.
Visual Direction
Styling and layout will be based on the visual direction, as well as the template chosen. Pages will be adjusted to reflect the visual direction as well as any needed features.

This basic SEO setup includes making sure your website has proper foundations like heading tags, meta descriptions, image optimization, and user-friendly URL structure.
Basic SEO Setup
After launch, design support will be available to you for one full week. This ensures your questions are answered, and you feel confident with your new site. All of our websites are designed on Showit. This means in addition design support from me, technical support is available via the Showit support team.
Launch & Post-launch
Template customization is the sweet spot between DIY and a fully custom build — strategic and elevated, without the custom price tag. If you're ready to show up online with a website that genuinely feels like you, I'd love to hear about your project.

Your media (phots and videos), and copy are essential pieces of creating a memorable website. Additional sourcing of stock photographs and guidance with copy is available upon request. All specific needs will be covered during your initial discovery call.
Having a logo and a brand guide is a great way to start the design process and ensure a cohesive look. Don't have one? Don't worry. The initial stages of design include everything needed for visual direction and can easily incorporate a wordmark logo based on your chosen typeography.
Showit is where your website will be designed and hosted. Additional design tools that may be used include Canva, Affinity, as well as use of AI tools like ChatGPT or Claude.
While Blue House Creative Company does not currently have any brand design packages. During the initial stages of design we will cover branding elements and brand guide development if needed to ensure a cohesive design plan.
The payment cadence will be discussed during your initial discovery call, and will be be included in your proposal and contract. While discounts are not regularly offered, there may be times of year when they can be provided for specific services.
